The Leadership & Supervision Learning Networks are an opportunity to explore agency and individual supervision and leadership growth. Goal setting strategies, team building techniques and research on organizational best practices are but a few of the strengths-based, peer-guided discussions that will be occurring as a part of the Learning Networks.
Learning Networks are a series of short one to two hour distance delivered trainings provided by professional experts in specific service populations and provider fields that address a topic or skill/knowledge area important to direct service providers and/or their supervisors.
Delivered in an audio conference format, Learning Networks are formatted so that the service provider can download materials, such as an article or power point presentation, read the material before the Learning Network audio conference, and then fully participate in the facilitated discussion or focused training.
