The LMS is a web-based catalog of both face-to-face and distance training opportunities in Alaska.
The Alaska Training Cooperative (AKTC) Learning Management System (LMS) is a collaborative effort with the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, the University of Alaska, and The Trust beneficiary providers statewide.

- On-line registration (free or low cost)
- On-line, virtual classroom and instructor-led courses
- Automatic creation of an e-portfolio to track each participant’s attendance at conferences and trainings

This training will meet the Senior and Disability Services Home and Community Based waiver regulations for staff training on Assistance with Self Administration of Medication. It is in compliance with state regulation 7 AAC 130.227 and 7 AAC 125.090 (d)(3).
Supporting the Mission of the Trust Workforce Focus Area, “Working together to provide children, adults and families with a competent, caring and empowering human services workforce,” The Alaska Training Cooperative provides assistance and supports to embed the core competencies into workforce training.
The Alaska Training Cooperative, in the role of non-academic training of the workforce and under the UAA Center for Human Development, has partnered with the Alaska Integrated Employment Initiative (AIEI).
We have events and trainings held on a yearly basis. These are events that offer support, education, in a comfortable community setting.
